Meet Dr. Sari Gregory

I help people who are ready to understand themselves more deeply, soften old patterns, and feel more at home in their bodies and their lives. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, identity shifts, perfectionism, and the desire to build a life that feels more aligned and less constrained. People who feel deeply, think a lot, or carry the pressure to have it all figured out often feel especially understood in my work. I’m Sari, a therapist who supports adults and teens seeking meaningful support and real change.

In therapy, I show up with warmth, curiosity, and a down to earth style. I use approaches that help you understand your inner world, connect with the different parts of yourself, and tune in to what your body might be trying to communicate. At times, we may slow down and notice what is happening in your body, and work with those sensations in ways that create more space, ease, and regulation. I also bring a body liberationist and feminist perspective, which means we look at your experiences in the context of the world around you, not as personal failings. Together, we make space for the full range of your feelings and begin to understand the patterns that shape your life. We balance insight with practical steps, so you have tools to use in real time and can begin to feel shifts both in session and out in the world. My goal is to create a space where you can show up fully, without judgment or pressure to be anything other than who you are.

I specialize in supporting clients navigating anxiety, working toward body neutrality or healing their relationship with body image, and those who experience overthinking or the pressures of perfectionism. I also enjoy working with people considering major life changes or unconventional paths, including moving abroad or exploring more flexible ways of living. Over time, many clients find themselves feeling more grounded, less reactive, and more connected to the life they want to build. My approach is collaborative and personalized, with an emphasis on insight, self compassion, and the relationship we build together.

In addition to therapy, I provide psychological assessments for ADHD and autism. My assessment style is collaborative, thoughtful, and centered on helping you feel understood rather than pathologized. Testing can offer clarity, practical guidance, and an opportunity to better understand your strengths, challenges, and story.

I completed my Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology at the Wright Institute in Berkeley, California, and hold a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison. My professional training includes supporting university students, working with adults navigating substance use challenges, conducting ADHD and autism assessments, and providing therapy to children and adolescents in school based settings. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new places, live music, thrifting, and petting every dog I meet.

I practice under the supervision of Dr. Cotas Girard.
